Custom development

Custom Costume Manufacturer

Custom costume development for brands that need their own designs rather than catalogue styles. Projects start from artwork, a tech pack or a reference sample, and every stage is confirmed against your specification.

Development from your reference

Custom projects can begin with artwork, a technical pack or a physical reference sample. Pattern making turns the reference into a production pattern, and sampling confirms materials, trims, construction and measurements.

Sample comments are resolved before bulk approval, so the production run follows the same materials and construction as the approved sample.

Private label, labels and packaging

Brand marks can be applied to selected components such as zippers, collar bands and cuff tapes. Hangtags, care labels and branded packaging bags can be supplied with printed or labelled artwork.

Cartons are planned by size ratio so a buyer can open one carton without re-sorting, and packing format is agreed in the brief.

Custom programmes beyond costumes

Alongside costumes, the OEM and ODM programme covers Christmas sweaters and onesies. Knit and cut-and-sew styles are quoted from your specification rather than from the published costume catalogue, with yarn, fabric, knit structure and sizing confirmed during sampling.

How a custom project starts

Share the design intent, the size specification and the packaging requirements. The team will confirm what sampling needs to answer, then quote sample fees, minimum quantities, pricing and production timelines for the project.

From brief to packed carton

Quotations are built per project rather than from a price list. The steps below show what is confirmed before bulk production starts.

See OEM and ODM services
  1. Share the brief

Send artwork or a reference, the size run you work to and the packaging requirements for the order.

  2. Sample and confirm

Sampling confirms materials, trims and measurements; sample comments are resolved before bulk approval.

  3. Approve and produce

Bulk production is scheduled after the sample is signed off against the agreed specification.

  4. Inspect and pack

Final inspection checks the approved sample, and branded labels and packaging follow the project brief.

Questions buyers ask

Can you manufacture costumes under our own brand?

Yes. Private-label projects use your labels, hangtags and packaging requirements, confirmed in the brief and checked against the approved sample before production.

Can you develop a costume from a tech pack or a reference sample?

Yes. Development can start from artwork, a technical pack or a physical reference sample. Pattern making and sampling confirm construction, materials and measurements before bulk production.

Do you keep a fixed minimum order quantity or price list?

No. Minimum quantities, sample fees, pricing and production timelines are confirmed per project, because they depend on the design, materials, quantity and packaging you specify.

Do you sign confidentiality agreements for custom designs?

References, artwork and brand assets shared for a project are treated as confidential and used only for that project. A confidentiality agreement can be arranged on request.
